JOURNEYoga is named for the journey that its instructors lead in every group class, as well as the journey that individual pupils embark upon when they start practicing yoga regularly. Given that JOURNEYoga boasts a large and eclectic schedule of classes, your journey here can unfold however you like.
If you're new to the practice, come to a classic yoga class. This class covers the fundamental movements, breathing techniques, and transitions of yoga. The slow-paced Hatha classes are also a good place to start if you're still working on the basics. For more of a challenge, come to Power Hour. Over the course of this 60-minute Vinyasa class, you'll build major strength and torch calories as you switch swiftly from one posture to the next, often holding poses for a prolonged period of time to create heat and a leaner physique.
