The dough, however, takes much longer to make — more than two days, in fact. The process allows ample time for the dough to rise so that it's ready when you order. If you're craving a classic pie, you can't go wrong with the margherita, layered with San Marzano tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, and fresh basil. For a more substantial slice, try the Meat Lovers pizza with ham, pepperoni, and sausage on top. You can also skip the sauce and order the Pizza Bianca, a white pie with mozzarella cheese, cherry tomatoes, and mushrooms.
