The newly opened Pisco y Nazca Ceviche Gastrobar in downtown DC may have a fancy name, but its food is rooted in the most simple and delicious Peruvian traditions. The name roughly translates to ‘the enjoyment of libations in a social setting’, and this vibrant eatery lives up to their title.
Expect bold dishes, exciting flavors, and a modern twist on classic Peruvian food and drinks. You must try at least one of the different variations of ceviche they offer, in addition to their leche de tigre shot of shrimp and ceviche marinade. The rest of the menu is full of small and large plates that pack tons of spice, flavor, and tang in every bite. The service is also top notch, and the newly opened restaurant is already getting a near-perfect score on Yelp.
Pisco y Nazca Ceviche Gastrobar is open seven days a week, and has specialized brunch, lunch, and happy hour menus sure to make it your go-to spot.
