Theater Fans: Don’t Miss “Born Yesterday” at Ford’s Theatre, Now Through October 21

For fans of the theater or those interested in politics, you won’t want to miss Born Yesterday at Ford’s Theater. This political satire is set in the 1940’s, but has a message that closely speaks to the modern day politics.

Tycoon Harry Brock and his girlfriend go to DC to game the system, but end up fighting corruption with the help of a reporter. There are plenty of laughs, a little bit of romance, and the uplifting message that good really can prevail, even in the most dire situations. Born Yesterday runs now through October 21 at the historic Ford’s Theater in Penn Quarter. Both matinee and evening performances are available, as well as a handful of select dates with discounts and post show meet and greets. Ticket prices are as low as $25 for the matinee shows, and go up to $62 for the best seats in the house at an evening performance.
