For those creative foodies out there, Palette 22 has been a favorite for the past few years. This mash-up of a restaurant and creative haven always has people talking and for good reason. This one-of-a-kind spot serves up creative cuisine, while also showing the works of local artists from wall to wall, as well as providing space for them to create said masterpieces right inside the restaurant so you can watch while you dine. The space is also really neat, with tons of eclectic light fixtures, wood and steel accents that make you feel as if you’re in a true workshop.
Beyond the vibe, the menu always keeps people talking. Their plates range from simple options like pepperoni pizza to more complex dishes like the cedar-planked salmon served with wood-roasted oyster mushrooms, topped with peach-mustard glaze. One of the most unique parts though is they do an all-you-can-eat option, which everyone at the table has to order, but it allows you to order as many dishes as you’d like during your meal. Talk about perfect for those who want to try a little bit of everything!
